Our wine dinners feature exquisite menus prepared by leading Hong Kong or internationally invited guest chefs, and each course is accompanied by limited edition wines often especially imported for each wine dinner. The wines are presented to you by a wine maker or leading wine expert and you get to sample some of the best wines available paired with excellent cuisine, and in the impeccable environment of Hong Kong's leading culinary establishments.
