3. Orders placed are subject to stock availability.
4. Should out of stock situation arise, we will propose suitable alternatives.
5. We offer fixed prices on all our products except for "Special Offers" or "Promotional Items".
6. Accurate information for registration and delivery must be provided.
7. It is your responsibility to check the condition of the delivered goods.  Any breakages by our delivery staff will be replaced the following day or as soon as possible.  For corked wines, we will only replace or refund within 14 days of purchase.  Original receipt must be produced.
