Learn about the different wine styles available in Hong Kong
There are many styles of wines made all over the world - in most instances however certain wine styles suit specific countries and regions, some better than others.
When we talk about wine styles we can group these styles into three main categories:
- Still wines made predominantly from Red grape varieities - Red Wine
- Still wines made predominantly from White grape varieties - White Wine
- Sparkling and Champagne style wines - can comprise both Red and White grape varieties
